    -Handle accounting/finance/auditing in all material aspects.
    -Learn self-discipline, value of hard work and essentially customer service.
    -Opportunity for long-term career growth.
    -Support for advanced studies (ACCA/CFA/MBA).

    Cons

    -Imbalance of work and life (especially during peak season).

    Please be advised that staff are human and have a life besides work.

    Open, friendly, international

    Cons

    Training course should be supported instead of being restricted. I heard from my cousin in US, she said that learning CPA in US is supported by the Big 4 without any committement, but there is no this kind of support in VN.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Training for every level should be more relevant. Although it is very hard to produce a standard working papers for all sections, example working papers will help auditing team to save more time and minimize the missing risk of forgetting doing and aguring among team members.
